Our Spa & Wellness Center

The Spa and Wellness Center in the 4* Dahu Hotel & Spa is open to hotel guests and to non-residents.

For our resident guests, access to the Wellness Center is included in the room rate.
Massages and treatments are extra and must be booked in advance from Tuesday to Sunday. The sauna and the hammam are available on reservation in private and paying session from 10am to 5pm and from 8pm to 10pm and in collective and free session from 5pm to 8pm.
For energy-saving reasons, the sauna and steam room are not automatically switched on between 5pm and 8pm.
If you wish to use them, please let the hotel or spa reception know 30 minutes in advance.

For our non-resident customers, access to the swimming pools is available from 10am to 4pm and at night from 7.30pm to 10pm from Tuesday to Sunday by reservation only.

For massages and treatments, our practitioners are available from 10am to 7pm, Tuesday to Sunday, by reservation only. You can choose from a whole range of treatments and rituals, as well as a range of quality massages. Neither men nor children are forgotten!

We offer 3 packages specially designed for our external customers, with options varying according to the experience required.

The wellness space

Access to both pools heated to 28°C is permitted with no restrictions.
The whirlpool with a view of the village and the multi-jet tonic shower cabin are accessible.

For your comfort, spa robes and slippers (adult and child sizes) are made available for your use.

The Spa from Hotel Le Dahu has created professional care with a cosmetic brand that is respectful of our brand values : Avril®.

Avril® is an Ecocert and Cosmos Organic certified brand. It offers high quality products while remaining very affordable. You will find these products in our shop and in many organic shops in France and all around the world.

Outdoor pool

Accessible during the summer season with a magnificent view of the mountains, the outdoor pool (heated to 28°C) is open every day from 9 am until 10 pm. Soft and comfortable lounge chairs are available so you can enjoy the sunshine while you relax: perfect for pure, relaxing luxury.

If the weather is not favourable, our pool will remain closed for safety reasons.
